Scheduled reports and alerts

What gets sent, on what trigger, and what deliberately does not.

Scheduled reports

Weekly or monthly, to any list of recipients, per brand. The email contains the period's bands, the movement against the previous period, the prompts that changed stability class, and the sources that entered or left the citation set.

Alerts

AlertFires when
Share-of-voice movementTwo consecutive bands stop overlapping — the movement is larger than sampling explains
Stability changeA prompt moves between always / contested / never
New competitor citationA source starts citing a competitor on a prompt you hold
Lost citationA domain that reliably cited the brand stops
Coverage failureA cycle finished without one or more engines

What does not alert

Ordinary week-to-week wobble inside overlapping bands. An alerting system that fires on sampling noise trains its recipients to ignore it, which is worse than not having one.

See it against your own client list

A working demo runs your prompts, in your market, on live engines — not a sandbox with seeded data. Bring one client brand and three competitors.
